Refunds and Exchanges:
No refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective. If the item received is defective, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number, the name of defective item and pictures that clearly show the defect of the item. This email must be sent within 5 business days of receipt of the defective item. We will then determine if the client is eligible for an exchange or a refund within 72 business hours from receipt of the email. If eligible, we will provide a confir-mation number and return shipping instructions. The defective item must be unworn with all its original tags and packaging. After we receive, inspect and confirm the defect, we will process an exchange or refund depending on current inventory. In the event of an exchange, a confirmation email will be sent once we have shipped a replacement.
Once an order is placed, there can be no changes made to that order, nor can it be cancelled. If we are forced to refund or cancel an order for any reason, we will keep a processing fee of 50%.
The National Bureau will never share or sell your information to third parties.
